Ryan Gander at Museum Dhondt-Dhaenens

22 January 2016

'To stand amongst the elements and to interpret what one knows', at Museum Dhondt-Dhaenens from 31 January - 27 March, is the first exhibition in Belgium by Ryan Gander.

Playing with absurd logic, surprising insights about himself and his surrounding environment, Gander uses his imagination to challenge, time and again, the expectations of the viewer. Nothing is what one thinks, with all of Gander's works like puzzle pieces never quite fitting perfectly together.

An artist talk with Ryan Gander and Chris Dercon will be held at the KASK Conservatorium in Ghent, Belgium at 8pm on Friday 29 January. For more information on the event please click here. As spaces are limited, email beatrice.pecceu@museumdd.be to book your spot.
